A sweep resolves one cover per ROM: catalogue lookup, then a download on a match. Over thousands of titles that is hours, so it runs on the server and continues even if you close this tab.

Missing only skips ROMs that already have art. Re-fetch all redoes every title — it will spend TheGamesDB's monthly allowance far faster, so prefer it only after adding a new source.
